AISPA UPDATE

On close perusal of the cause list for today (11th July,2012) on the Original Side of the Hon’ble Bombay High Court in both the Main as well the Supplementary Board, the Company Writ against the RBI WPL/1695/2012 is not appearing on the Cause List today.

However the Company Suit against (RK Laxman ki Duniya) Multi Screen Media vide S/791/2012 is appearing at S. No 927 in Court Room Number 7 of Hon’ble Justice B. R. Gavai.

AISPA will give a detailed update soon on the current position.
